Our Beliefs

The Gospel

  • The gospel is the heart of our faith.

  • It’s the good news that Jesus lived a perfect life, died for our sins, and rose again so we can have new life through Him.

God the Father

  • He lovingly rules over all things and guides history with purpose.

  • He deserves our highest love and obedience.

Salvation

  • Salvation is God’s work from start to finish—past, present, and future.

  • We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus.

  • God is still at work changing us and will one day make us completely new.

Final Authority

  • The Bible is our final authority on truth, morality, and how we live.

  • It shapes all that we believe and do.

Marriage, Gender, and Sexuality

  • God created people as male or female with purpose and value.

  • Marriage is between one man and one woman.

  • Sexual intimacy is meant for marriage only.

  • God offers grace, forgiveness, and transformation to all who seek Him.

The Bible

  • The Bible is God’s perfect, inspired Word.

  • It shows us who God is, how to be saved, and how to live.

  • Jesus and His gospel are the key to understanding all Scripture.

God the Son (Jesus)

  • Jesus is God’s Son, born of a virgin, fully God and fully man.

  • He lived without sin, died for us, rose again, and now reigns in heaven.

  • He will return one day to finish His work of redemption.

The Church

  • The Church includes all who follow Jesus.

  • A local church is a group of baptized believers who worship together, grow in faith, and live out the gospel.

  • Our leaders include elders (pastors) who guide spiritually and deacons who serve practically.

Humanity

  • We were created in God’s image but sinned and broke our relationship with Him.

  • Because of sin, we need God’s grace to be saved and live as He intended.

  • Every person has value and is worthy of love and respect.

God

  • There is only one true God, who exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

  • He is holy, loving, all-powerful, and worthy of our worship.

God the Holy Spirit

  • The Holy Spirit helps us understand the truth, points us to Jesus, and changes us from the inside out.

  • He gives spiritual gifts, comforts us, and empowers us to live for God.

The Ordinances

  • Baptism shows our faith in Jesus and symbolizes new life in Him.

  • The Lord’s Supper helps us remember Jesus’ death and look forward to His return.

Sanctity of Life

  • Every life matters—from the unborn to the elderly.

  • We are called to protect and value all people as God’s image-bearers.

Our Covenant with One Another

Because of God’s grace, we have repented of our sins, trusted in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and been baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. With joy and commitment, we renew our promise to walk together as a church family, relying on God’s help.

How We Live Together in Christ

  • We commit to walk in love and unity, praying for one another, encouraging each other, and living as examples of Christ. We’ll support those who are struggling, gently correct when needed, and seek to live out Jesus’ teachings.

  • We won’t give up meeting together. We will gather regularly for worship, prayer, reading the Bible, and sharing the Lord’s Supper. We will also pray faithfully—for ourselves and for others.

  • We will celebrate with those who rejoice and stand with those who are hurting. We want to be a church that carries one another’s burdens.

  • With God’s help, we will live holy lives. We will turn from sin and live in a way that reflects Jesus, knowing we are called to be set apart in the world.

  • We will love, forgive, correct, serve, pray for, and encourage each other—just as the Bible teaches.

  • We will lead our homes under the leadership of Jesus. We will make time for Bible study, prayer, and worship as families.

  • We will work together to share the gospel and help plant and grow healthy churches around the world.

  • We will give generously and joyfully to support the ministry of the church, care for those in need, and spread the good news of Jesus everywhere.

  • If we move to a new place, we will join another local church quickly, so we can continue living out our faith in community.

And So We Pray

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us all.
